1. Services covered
This policy applies to paid services such as application guidance, counselling packages, documentation review, visa assistance, and other advisory offerings. No physical goods are sold; shipping does not apply.
2. Cancellation window
- Before service start (no work commenced): Full refund less payment gateway charges.
- After service start but within 7 days: Pro‑rata refund for the unutilised portion, less any taxes/payments already remitted to third parties (e.g., application fee) and payment gateway charges.
- After 7 days or after service completion/milestone delivery: No refund.
3. Non‑refundable items
- Government/University fees paid on your behalf.
- Express/priority processing add‑ons after submission.
- Any completed advisory session or delivered document review.
4. How to request a refund

5. Refund method & timelines
- Approved refunds are processed to the original payment method only.
- We initiate refunds within 7–10 business days of approval; your bank/issuer may take additional time.
