Thank you for choosing NixStudyAbroad (“Company”, “we”, “us”). We provide study abroad counselling and related services. This policy describes how cancellations and refunds work for our services purchased on nixstudyabroad.com.

1. Services covered

This policy applies to paid services such as application guidance, counselling packages, documentation review, visa assistance, and other advisory offerings. No physical goods are sold; shipping does not apply.

2. Cancellation window

  • Before service start (no work commenced): Full refund less payment gateway charges.
  • After service start but within 7 days: Pro‑rata refund for the unutilised portion, less any taxes/payments already remitted to third parties (e.g., application fee) and payment gateway charges.
  • After 7 days or after service completion/milestone delivery: No refund.

3. Non‑refundable items

  • Government/University fees paid on your behalf.
  • Express/priority processing add‑ons after submission.
  • Any completed advisory session or delivered document review.

4. How to request a refund

5. Refund method & timelines

  • Approved refunds are processed to the original payment method only.
  • We initiate refunds within 7–10 business days of approval; your bank/issuer may take additional time.
