An invitation letter is a crucial part to obtain a visa since it acts as proof of your admission. It helps the embassy to make decisions on your visa application approval. The invitation letter mentions all the information about your study purpose and education duration.

There are different types of visa services that allow you to enter the country such as tourist visas, business visas, work visas, private visas and student visas. 

• A tourist visa is required for foreign tourists travelling abroad, it is valid for 30 days, however, it depends on the country you are visiting. • A private visa is applicable for personal affairs when the citizen from the country wants to invite a friend/relative into their country. A foreigner must visit the FMS office after receiving an invitation from the country and apply for a private visa.

   

• A student visa is for educational purposes and is valid for the duration of the programme. To apply for a student visa, an individual must receive an invitation letter from the university abroad and apply.
